END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and Shaheem Anthony, the owner and developer of the game The Lost Treasure Hunt.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the game.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Shaheem Anthony grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game on a single computer or device, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not make the game available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
LIMITATIONS OF USE
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game or any part of it, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the game or any part of it. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the game.
OWNERSHIP
The game and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are owned by Shaheem Anthonyand are protected by international intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by installing, copying, or using the game.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Shaheem Anthony be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the game.
TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by destroying all copies of the game in your possession. Shaheem Anthonymay, at its discretion, terminate this EULA if you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you agree to destroy all copies of the game.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Shaheem Anthony and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between the parties.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
