Resource Sharing > Resource Sharing menu item

Why is Resource Sharing in its own sub-menu called Resource Sharing? Are there other Resource Sharing plugins? If not I'd suggest from a usability perspective it should be its own item, not a sub-item of itself, which adds an extra click for no benefit.

In issue #28, it is suggested to place it in the settings menu. Currently it is available in the Web menu (top level) and in the Plugins menu (sub-menu). It also has its own toolbar.
I am not sure how to make it a top level item in the Plugins menu - do you have a suggestion?

I have no idea how to make it a top level item, sorry. I'm not a QGIS coder.

I'd suggest it should only be in one place; having something in multiple menus is going to lead to menu cluttering.
