Add composite pulse synths

## Description

Certain composite pulse sequences are valid for all of U2. It might be interesting to have them as options for synthesis. In particular, CORPSE, BB1, SCROFULOUS, to start, in that order.

## Acceptance criteria

These composite pulses are available as decomposition modes in Twirl configuration. Possibly exposed in pass manager configuration.
