Deprecate `InlineBoxes`

Description

Once Qiskit/qiskit#15400 is merged and in a released version of qiskit, we should remove InlineBoxes and replace with the qiskit version.

Acceptance criteria

I'd guess that some external packages are using InlineBoxes, so we should offer a deprecation period.
