this currently just uses beartype, the error message is quite vague on how to fix it

NotFoundLookupError: For function `_add_position` of `bloqade.ir.location.location.AtomArrangement`, `(ListOfLocations(location_list=[]), [0.0, 0.0], None)` could not be resolved.

In [4]: start.add_position([0.0, 0.0])
