Thank you for reporting this, yes strategy is not implemented yet.
a WIP implementation is available in this branch https://github.com/QuantForgeOrg/PineTS/tree/namespace/strategy

I'm reopening the issue to keep track of it, I will close it once the feature is released in the stable branch :)
