The bug

The event filter that is supposed to filter events based on the amount side-band acoustic activity was not working as expected.
This issue was originally raised as (#390). It is resubmitted here with more detail.
The filter was letting through events that were caused by pulsating wind. This should not have happened because in a spectrogram the wind events do not look anything like a call of interest.

Expected behavior

The sideband filter should remove events where there is acoustic activty in its sidebands.

Attached is a spectrogram image showing a wind hit

The operating system I'm using is:

Windows 10

The version of AnalysisPrograms.exe I'm using is:

Recordings that contain calls of the Australasian Bittern.
