Goal: QC dataset using existing Pilot 3 code

Definition of Done

Pilot 3 Code brought up to date with latest package versions
Spec file is up to date and derivations are agreed with production dev
datasetjson file is checked/produced[TBD]
Comparison is done between prod and qc datasets
Comparison down back to Pilot 3 dataset
Document Findings in [TBD]
