Two new xlsx files have been created to accommodate for the new DD 2.0 confluence links.

RESODataDictionary-2.0-New.xlsx is an internal file with columns the generator will need to compare against newer xlsx files.

RESODataDictionary-2.0 New PROD.xlsx is the same file as above .. except with the extra columns removed to be more public friendly (we can change the name if need be)
