Feedback from @samhuestis

Could be helpful for users with no experience in R (like myself) to point out that "pak" is a package that has to be installed to install the pacta.multi.loanbook package.

Superseded by #210

We will remove the pak installation instructions from the Prod site altogether once the package is on CRAN.
