[BUG] RG353VS: Opening "Change log" on the system settings can cause EmulationStation to hang

Describe the bug

When trying to open the change log on my Anbernic 353VS, ES will sometimes seem to completely hang. Spamming buttons or putting the device to sleep and waking it back up will sometimes make the device usable again. After this has happened once, the change log button seems to work again until next reboot.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Reboot the device
2. Go to main menu > system settings > Change log
3. The device will seemingly hang
