[FEATURE] - Full "/newcharacter" card reset

Currently the /newcharacter command only resets exp and that also in a strange manner as well like I never fully reset it to lvl 4

Describe the solution you'd like

Make it reset the whole card as if you logged in for the first time. Every obtion blank, exp set to 2700 (lvl 4) and the race reset

@CaptainKekk would this be a flag? or a full reset by default? Right now, there are three flags: --exp and --quests. Do you envision this being an additional flag?

Should be a complete reset cause the player changes characters so them keeping anything doesn't make any sense
