I just found out that if I set "Cache timeout in seconds" to 0, my articles still get cached for — if my observation is correct — 30 minutes. Only if I set it to low non-zero value, like 1 second, each consecutive RSS requests result in queuing the upstream servers.
This is with OLX bridge, which I wrote myself. Is there something wrong with my implementation, my understanding of cache or is there some bug in RSS-Bridge?
FYI,
custom_timeout = true
is correctly set inconfig.ini.php
and I do see theCache timeout in seconds
