Describe the bug

1. resize 会导致一些UI错乱
   

2. 弹出框顶部与软件顶部重合时，弹出框顶部关闭按钮点击无反应 弹出框顶部与软件顶部重合时，弹出框顶部关闭按钮点击无反应 #577
   问题依旧存在，没有修复
   

3. 部分页面顶部颜色割裂（
   

4. 标记全部为已读的动效和位置有问题
   问题依旧存在，动画不流畅
   

5. 页面顶栏标题不匹配
   探索界面的顶栏标题是 power
   

6. 媒体瀑布流布局，当图片加载慢或者错误，界面有问题
   

7. 标题宽度限制，不是应该从左到右显示截断，为什么这里是从中间？

Many problems are specific to Windows. I don't have a Windows device and may be unable to solve them conveniently.

我发现顶栏的标题是显示上一个调用这个layout 的标题

例如 我第一次点击 discovery 页面， 标题显示正常，然后我点击进Power页面，顶栏标题显示 discovery

看来应该是调用时, title 的配置没有重新调用

I found that the title of the top bar is the title of the previous call to this layout.

For example, when I click on the discovery page for the first time, the title displays normally. Then I click on the Power page, and the top bar title displays discovery.
