update your server then start it and allow watchdog restart it

---Edit your server names based on game
---Edit APPID to server's APPID from steam
---Edit your steamcmd folder (download and install from scteamcmd.com)
---Edit your folder paths for server location
---Edit your start command line how you would normally
---Add your steam login info for servers that require it for download example (+login "Username Password")
The server downloaders make it super simple to download servers to a directory of your choice. Just edit a few spots run choose your game number/letter and go edit your configs in the server folder open ports and you have yourself a server.
