Working on Updater 3.6

Hello whoever reads this!

I just wanted to put it out there that version 3.6 of the updater is currently under way and will change a lot, and wanted to give a quick rundown for anyone that uses this of what to expect.

• The config files have been drastically changed, in layout and file type. This means you will have to recreate your config files by hand with the new layout. Copy pasting from old json to the new yaml should only take a few moments though. If anyone needs help, go to discussions and post your question under Q&A and I will try my best to help.
• The internals of the script have been (still in progress of actually) almost completely rewritten. This doesn't affect the end use much for you reading, but it is what is taking up the most of my time with this update.
• When multiple instances were set up, the script used to update only the mods in the currently scanned instance before moving to the next and updating those. It no longer does this, now going through the mods one at a time and updating the currently processed mod in any instances it is listed in.
