I want to use pihole with raspap

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Have it where raspap can detect if port 53 is already taken and ask if you want to disable dnsmasqs own dns caching server
Also check if port 80 is taken and if it is ask if it should override or choose a different port for the website (8443, 8080, 880)

I set lighttpd to port 8080 and ran pihole installer again
I also added to one of the conf files in /etc/dnsmasq.d a single line port=0
