Attach photo/file to the description

As a registered site user I can attach photo(s)/ file(s) to the description so that that if I'm not familiar with technical terms, I can simply demonstrate the problem for the workshop

• AC 1 logged in user finds the symbol of photo/file upload

• AC 2 logged in user can upload photo(s)/ file(s)

• AC 3 logged in user can send the uploaded phot(s)/ file(s)
