Switch Bumblebee's and Off Gear's multipliers

A suggestion to change some car multipliers on the current pack and upcoming rankings.

Bumblebee is a zippy little car made by Kiwi that we currently have in the pack. It boasts a better than average acceleration and incredible manoeuvring at the downside of being lighter than a feather and by consequence, being sucky at pickup combat, having a good amount of landing bugs and a top speed that becomes insignificant in it's class.
Off Gear is an off-roader car made by Paperman that we also have in the pack. It boasts similar if not exact stats to Bumblebee but doesn't suffer from the weight problems and thus not easy to kill in pickup combat, stable landings (the user being at fault for spinning out, etc) and the same top speed range.
Both cars are very average compared to most cars in the pack, specially against the 0.7s, but can become quite good in skilled hands

• Change Bumblebee's multiplier to 0.9 due to previously stated reasons.
• Change Off Gear's multiplier to 0.8 due to the same previously stated reasons.
