feat(YouTube - SponsorBlock): Show full video sponsorship tag

Feature description

Sponserblock has "full video sponsor" which will label the video both in the thumbnail of the video, and next to the video title when watching the video

Also add the ability to submit "full video sponsor"

Motivation

Would be helpful to immediately and know when the entire video itself is sponsored, such as mkbhd's latest video, if you have sponser segments set to auto skip, you wouldn't see the part where he declares the full video is sponsored

The only hurdle is figuring out how the UI would show the entire video is sponsored.

A label could be shown with the overlay buttons (same overlay with the voting and create segment buttons), but that only shows when the overlay is active and not on first load of the video. This would be straight forward and not very difficult to add.

Changing any litho components like how RYD does it requires blocking the UI until SponsorBlock is loaded. The patch would be more complicated, and it's still a question of what component to modify to include that information. This would be less ideal from a patching and code maintenance point of view.

Showing thumbnail labels in the feed is too complex, for the same reasons it's too complex to show DeArrow titles in the feed (see DeArrow issue for more details).

The best that could be done, is showing the label somewhere in the video player after the video is opened.
