Can not run next of Behavior Subject in tab operator

private _patients$ = new BehaviorSubject<Patient[]>(null);
private patients$ = new Observable<Patient[]>();

getAllPatients(pageNumber: string, pageSize: string): Observable<Array<Patient>> {
	this.getAll(pageNumber, pageSize).pipe(
		tap((res) => {
			this._totalCount = res.totalCount;
			this._patients$.next([]); // Does not trigger to Behavior subject
		}),
		map((res) => res.data.map(this.convertPatient())),
	);
}

I am triggering next of Behavior Subject in tab operator but it is not triggering. How can achieve this?

I want to say sorry from everybody. It was my dummy mistake. I was not subscribing to observable and waiting to tab work. I literally try to fix this for half hour
