<p>Many firms talk about client service in vague terms, but we prefer to be more specific. For example, we return your telephone calls the same day, or if late in the day, the following morning. Letters and correspondence are handled within two business days. While work is in progress, we keep you advised of significant developments. Unless there are circumstances over which we have no control, we complete your matters within the agreed time.</p>
<p>We pride ourselves not only on our expertise, but on making that expertise available to our clients effectively and efficiently. We pride ourselves on our accessibility. A senior partner works with you to help make the 'right moves'. Baldwin Anka Sennecke Halman LLP believes in a team approach and we delegate work to less expensive members of the team whenever possible. Our associate lawyers draft your documents and clerks complete routine closings, filings and registrations.</p>
<p>Our retainer can be based on either an hourly, fixed fee, or value billing basis. Each option depends on the nature of the work to be undertaken by us and the requirements of the matter in question. We also recognize the problems that result from late or unclear billing. That's why we deliver detailed statements on a regular, timely basis.</p>
