Create Shortcut missing, Explorer colors and titlebar messed up and bug, strange window outline, Control Panel sometimes not launching.

Description

Create Shortcut disappeared after Rectify install.

Explorer titlebar not translucent and some issues with the applied colors.

A strange window outline appeared around selected windows

Explorer can be resized too much

Control Panel sometimes decides to not launch, both the normal Control Panel and from the Rectify11 Control Center Desktop Shortcut too. To fix I have to taskkill explorer.exe and start it again.

Please fix this issues and thank you for fixing Windows 11's issues, this tool is excellent, I love it!

Steps To Reproduce

Just by applying the Mica theme right after install.

Edited Part: Little Update

I don't know how this happened, but the blue outline disappeared after changing some wallpapers in wallpaper engine. I cannot explain what could have happened and how, I sorry, but it just disappeared. Maybe not an issue regarding Rectify11?
