Request to add inverse mouse cursor style

In addition to existing WindowsRectified and WindowsRectifiedDark, would be nice to see WindowsRectifiedInverse cursor theme, because default inverse cursor in Windows 11 still uses cursor files from Windows XP era, with hourglass symbol as loading indicator.

Inverse mouse cursor is very useful due to it's ability to keep contrast and remain clearly visible on any light or dark background.
This cursor style can be enabled in System Settings > Accessibility > Mouse pointer and touch > Set to 3rd type "Inverse"
