Grey Screen after booting up [SOLVED]

Description

I figured out the app causing the issue is Live Tiles Anywhere which is an app i installed which didn't work correctly with recitfy11
This could explain that apps that put things over the desktop that DONT support rectify11 will break
Examples could be
Live Tiles Anywhere
Unsupported version of Gadgets
Possibly Gamebar

So if your encountering the same issue try to uninstall an app that is similar to gadgets or live tiles anywhere or even rainmeter

After i installed Rectify11 i had gotten a grey background covering the entire desktop
i couldn't access my apps

Steps To Reproduce

Install an app that shows things over the desktop like live tiles anywhere
Select everything in the installer then wait for it to finish
restart and it shows up

Version 3.2.70.1

Windows Version

Windows 11 23H2
