After applying a cdparanoia patch whatlogger gives error #2

I applied this fix and seems to be working now (I has problems ripping the last track of any brand new CD) thomasvs/morituri#36 (comment)
But now gives an error if I use rip cd rip -L what
If I run rip cd rip no error appears.
