Add Jenkins Support

Summary

In the actions directory, trestle-bot provide a way to easily integrate with GitHub Action. This is an issue to propose ready-made Jenkins Jobs be added.

Goals

• Add a new top level directory for the jenkins integration #312
• Add Jenkins Jobs to run the trestle-bot commands #311
• Add automation for Jenkins jobs testing that will deploy infrastructure #310
• Create a Jenkins tutorial #322

Non-Goals

Do not add support within the code for log grouping. This should use the default result Results Reporter.
