Description:
As a User,
I want to configure any job item located within a folder,
So that I can update its settings, pipeline definitions, build steps, triggers, and other parameters directly from the folder without needing to move or restructure the job.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The Folder Dashboard page displays a list of jobs.

2. The Configure option is available for each job (via the Side Panel or the drop-down menu).

3. Clicking on Configure takes the user to the configuration page of the selected job.

4. The user can edit any job settings according to their access rights.
