Description:
As a User,
I want to create a new view within the Folder,
So that I can group, filter, and display jobs in a convenient layout that helps me better navigate and manage large sets of projects.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. On the Folder Dashboard page, the “New View” option is available above the project panel.

2. When you click on the New View, the view creation form is displayed.

3. Пользователь может указать:

• name of the view,
• type of view (List View, My View, Include a global view).

4. The user clicks OK, after which the settings page of the selected view opens.

5. After saving, the View appears in the list of tabs inside the Folder.

6. The View is displayed only inside the current Folder, not globally.

7. The user can:

• switch between views,
• edit the content of views,
• delete the view (if you have rights).
