Description:
As a User,
I want to manage credentials within a specific Folder,
So that I can securely store, update, and control access to sensitive information (such as tokens, SSH keys, passwords, and secrets) used by jobs inside that Folder.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. The "Credentials" button is displayed in the sidebar on the Folder Dashboard page.
2. The user can open the Credentials page and see "Stores scoped" and "Stores from parent" available for this folder.
3. The user can:
- add new credentials,
4. All changes are saved and immediately available to jobs.
5. Validation errors (empty fields, incorrect key format) are displayed correctly.
