Description:

As a User,
I want to be able to look for settings in "Jenkins"
So that I have a quicker access to the functionality I am interested to configure

Acceptance criteria:

Ensure the User being on the "Manage Jenkins" page is able to:

1. See the settings search field in the upper right corner of "Manage Jenkins" module

2. See the placeholder ‘Search settings’ in the settings search field

3. Have a quick access to the settings search field using a keyboard shortcut

4. See a tooltip showing what shortcut to use to get to the settings search field

5. Type in the text he would like to find after using the shortcut

6. See a list of settings containing the typed in text

7. Search for the setting he is interested in not using shortcuts

8. Be redirected to the page of the first setting on the list after pressing 'Enter'

9. Be redirected to the page of the preferred option among the settings on the shown list upon clicking on it

10. See the message "No results" if there are no results for the typed in text
