Acceptance criteria:

Ensure the User being on the "Manage Jenkins" page is able to:

1. See the "Manage Jenkins" heading

2. See 19 sections divided into 5 blocks: System Configuration, Security, Status, Information, Troubleshooting, Tools and Actions

3. See sections of System Configuration block and click on them: System, Tools, Plugins, Nodes, Clouds, Appearance

4. See sections of Security block and click on them: Security, Credentials, Credential Providers, Users

5. See sections of Status Information block and click on them: System Information, System Log, Load Statistics, About Jenkins

6. See the section of Troubleshooting block and click on it: Manage Old Data

7. See sections of Tools and Actions block and click on them: Reload Configuration from Disk, Jenkins CLI, Script Console, Prepare for Shutdown

8. See the description of each section

9. See the warning message “Reload Configuration from Disk: are you sure?” upon clicking on the “Reload Configuration from Disk’ item”
