Docker Build Failure on WSL2 with Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS

I'm attempting to create a Docker image for ProphetGears following the provided instructions. However, an error is being raised concerning the absence of an installation candidate for the 'python-pip' package. Any suggestions for a workaround would be greatly appreciated.
