SYS FAN #4 NO CTRL

Hello, I need some help... I don't know if this is a correct place to ask for help, so please don't be mad at me :DDD

So let's get to the point - I can control all of my fans on my Gigabyte Z690 AORUS PRO Motherboard, but there is one fan I cannot control it is "System Fan # 4" (https://i.imgur.com/e9S7ujP.png) there's an image of what it shows me... There is a question mark, I tried enabling the force apply function, but it still doesn't want to work. I am out of ideas. What should I try?
