Component: Category Filter Dropdown
Description
On the Transaction History page, the Category dropdown opens, but most category options (Food & Dining, Transportation, Shopping, etc.) appear greyed out / disabled and cannot be selected properly.
Only “All Categories” seems active, which prevents users from filtering transactions by specific categories.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to Transaction History page.
Click on the Category dropdown.
Observe that category options are greyed out or not clickable.
Expected Behavior
Users should be able to:
Select any category (Food & Dining, Transportation, Shopping, etc.)
Filter transactions based on the selected category.
Actual Behavior
Category options appear disabled.
User cannot filter by individual categories.
Possible Causes
disabled attribute mistakenly applied to tags
CSS styling making options look disabled
JS filter logic not populating categories correctly
State not updating for dropdown
