Wow! That is outstanding work... and takes my project to the next level! Congrats! I've continued to add on to my project as well. One of my main sources of music is SiriusXM... but I wasn't able to stream directly to the amp without using a phone and bluetooth or the Sirius web app w/DLNA or a physical USB cable. So I spent a number of weeks researching and working to create my own local SiriusXM streaming server and initially a Home Assistant dashboard for selecting stations. But that meant I still had to go to the Home Assistant dashboard to change stations (and I channel surf quite a bit). I did toy with the idea of a tag reader for that purpose but opted to add a standalone ILI9341 touch screen to allow me to easily switch stations. Using this I can put the amp in standby, wake the system by tapping the touchscreen and then directly play any of my favorite Sirius XM stations directly to the amp. I hope to have a YouTube video out on these latest updates in a couple of weeks: Keep me advised on your progress. I'll be anxious to see the completed project! |

Thank you for the huge amount of work you must have put into this project.
I've used the last month getting a TFT screen and a RFid card reader to work. I can only program very simple things in Arduino, so most is copy and paste. It was quite tough to get the PN532 working and find out how to make a font with selected items from "Material Design Icons".
I will proberly be using it 3 places in my apartment, so I've also made a PCB that was shipped from jlcpcb today. Panelized I get 10 boards for $12 shipped to Denmark. I can use the rest of the boards in other projects (If it works :-) ).
While I wait for the PCB's (2-3 weeks) and some components from AliExpress I will take a little break from the project.
There is still a lot of things to do..
Thanks again.
Ole "Cowfeet"
