Create a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and a CONTRIBUTING.md

I strongly believe you guys should create a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and a CONTRIBUTING.md. Those files would encourage new people to collaborate on the project, and will make it more aligned with open source guidelines.
