Pm3-rdv4 default keys

Check default keys command only runs 22 keys, I go in key editor to see the default keys and it is running the first 22 keys, but not in the same order, so I know it's not pulling from that list. Its also not running the entire list. How / where do I modify what it runs for default keys?

Forgot to add, android RFID Tools app.

The app can't find the default_keys file in file editor so it reverts to some other shorter list which I cannot find in file explorer. I've renamed default keys file, changed extension multiple times confirming file path and command match. 🗣️
