Host API publicly

Hi @keenanjohnson, I'd like to host this API so our data is publicly queryable, which will let us query it from the dashboard! It looks like we're using platform.sh for the dashboard, so (as long as it doesn't cost us any more money) can we add this project there too? You'll need to copy over the environment variables from .env into the .platform.app.yaml file... you might also want to store INFLUXDB_AUTH_TOKEN privately if platform.sh supports that.
