Description
Problem
As a tech lead managing a small team, I want to see aggregated time tracking data across my team members to:
- Understand workload distribution
- Identify burnout risks (consistent overtime patterns)
- Better estimate future sprints based on historical team velocity
Current State
Toki is currently a personal tool with no team features. All data stays local.
Proposed Solution
- Optional team sync - Allow users to opt-in to share anonymized/aggregated data
- Self-hosted dashboard - A simple web UI that teams can deploy internally
- Export formats - CSV/JSON exports for integration with existing BI tools
Privacy Consideration
- Must be opt-in
- Should support anonymization (show hours per category, not per person)
- Self-hosted first, no cloud dependency
