Description
Problem
As a developer who struggles with focus, I know my most productive hours but still get distracted by Slack, email, etc.
Current State
Toki's `insights` command shows peak hours and context switch patterns, but it's passive observation only.
Proposed Solution
- Deep work scheduler - Set protected time blocks based on peak hours analysis
- Distraction detection - Track when focus apps (IDE) switch to distraction apps (Slack, Twitter)
- Gentle notifications - "You've been on Slack for 15 mins during your deep work block"
- Focus score - Daily/weekly metric for uninterrupted work time
Example
```bash
toki focus start --duration 2h
Tracks focus, notifies if context switch detected
toki focus report
Shows focus time vs interruptions
```
Related Pain Points
- Workflow disruption from time tracking
- Context switching kills productivity
- Need actionable insights, not just observation
