Feature: Mobile companion app for quick time reviews #61
Description
Problem
As a developer who commutes, I want to review and approve my time entries on my phone during transit, not wait until I'm at my desk.
Current State
Toki is CLI-only with no mobile interface. The `toki review` command requires a terminal.
Proposed Solution
- PWA or native app - Simple mobile UI for reviewing time entries
- Quick approve/edit - Swipe to confirm or adjust entries
- Push notifications - Remind to review at end of day
- Offline support - Sync when back online
Scope
Keep it minimal:
- View today's entries
- Approve/reject/edit
- Quick stats (total hours, top projects)
