Feature: Linear integration for modern teams

Problem

As a startup developer, my team uses Linear (not Jira, not GitHub Issues). Linear is popular among modern dev teams for its speed and UX.

Current State

Toki roadmap mentions Linear as "Future" but no implementation yet.

Proposed Solution

1. Linear API integration - Sync issues from Linear workspaces
2. Time entry sync - Push tracked time back to Linear
3. Cycle awareness - Understand active cycle context
4. Label matching - Use Linear labels for categorization

Why Linear?

• Fastest growing PM tool among startups
• Used by Vercel, Ramp, Loom, etc.
• Modern API, good DX

Related Pain Points

• Need integration with modern tools
• Currently limited to Notion/GitHub/GitLab/Plane
