Feature: Pomodoro integration with automatic break reminders #65

Problem

As a developer prone to burnout, I often work for hours without breaks. I know this hurts my productivity and health.

Current State

Toki tracks continuous work time but doesn't encourage healthy work patterns.

Proposed Solution

  1. Pomodoro mode - Optional 25/5 or custom work/break cycles
  2. Break reminders - Gentle notification after X minutes of continuous work
  3. Break tracking - Track actual break time vs recommended
  4. Health insights - Show patterns of overwork

Example

```bash
toki config set breaks.reminder 50 # Remind after 50 mins
toki config set breaks.duration 10 # Suggest 10 min break
During work:
💡 You've been coding for 52 minutes. Time for a break?
```

Related Pain Points

  • Developer burnout from unrealistic deadlines
  • No enforcement of healthy work habits
  • Time tracking feels like surveillance, not support
