Shizuku stops running without wireless debugging, even if it was started from ADB shell.

Since the February 2025 Security Patch, I'm unable to keep Shizuku running without wireless debugging.

Before the patch, the process was the following:

1. Start Shizuku in Wireless Debugging

• Shizuku displayed "Shizuku is running"

2. Open Termux and execute sh rish

3. Run sh /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/moe.shizuku.privileged.api/start.sh

• Confirmed that Shizuku was still running

4. Exited the ADB shell and then disabled
   Wireless Debugging

• Confirmed that Shizuku was still running

Now, even after this process, Shizuku displays "Shizuku is not running" as soon as Wireless Debugging gets disabled.

I have not confirmed this with a PC yet.

Has anyone experienced/experiencing this?

Android version: 14

Security patch: 2025.02.01.

ROM: HyperOS v1.0.14.0

Device: Xiaomi 12 Lite

Model: 2203129G

I tried it with ADB through USB from an actual PC. Shizuku immediately stops running as soon as the cable is unplugged.

If both Wireless and USB Debugging are turned off, the adbd server dies, and thus shizuku too.

Make sure at least one of those stays on.
