Expired certificate

Description

It seems like the certificate used in the latest alpha release bundle is expired, which makes the bundle not able to be installed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download the bundle
2. Go to the bundle file Properties
3. Show certificates
4. You should see that the certificate is invalid

Expected behavior

The bundle should have a valid certificate.
