A Thermic fluid heater is industrial heating equipment, used where only heat transfers are desired
instead of pressure. In this equipment, a thermic fluid is circulated in the entire system for heat
transfers to the desired processes.

<li> <strong>Installation and Assembly:</strong> the entire assembly of a thermic fluid heater after
manufacturing contains a heat transfer fluid, a heating element – an electric element, and one
of the boundary walls of this fluid is also a heat exchange surface with the heat consumer.
The whole system should be considered as a heat exchange system without an intermediate system
or circuit, and in which there does not strictly exist any carrier fluid that performs only
energy “transfer” functions, but a fluid as a contact medium and which, therefore, shares more
similarities, especially regarding difficulties and disadvantages, with direct heating. </li>
<li> <strong>Maintenance:</strong> Thermic Fluid systems are extremely expensive and valuable assets
for industry, its maintenance is critical to the effectiveness and safety of Thermic Fluid
System. Routine monitoring of thermic fluid condition is a critical part of ongoing Thermic
Fluid System maintenance as its degradation is a complicated chemical process, laboratory
techniques can provide rapid insights into the status of a Thermic Fluid and Thermic Fluid
system.
Foreign contamination like moisture, environmental and system build contaminants are the major
cause of degradation, which act to accelerate the ageing of a Thermic Fluid.
