My Institution Blocks One-Drive

I'm excited to try your software is looks nicely written.

I cannot download data from One-Drive. I'm wondering you'd consider putting that data here on Github.
GH now has a feature for storing large binary files, I'm forgetting what's it's called now....

Minor issues:

tensor-flow version 2.5.0-rc3 wasn't found, so I changed it to 2.5.3.
Also, not sure that Python3.9 is truly required or just nice to have.

UPDATE: I finally realized how to manually download the data file.
I think the README should tell users that the T1 and T2 need to have the exact same dimensions.
After getting an error with centering the T1, I figured it out...
