This is related to:

In Arc we get this:
unnamed-2

but in QRave we get only folders:
unnamed

This is probably some part of the WMS Spec that hasn't been implemented in Q yet.

@KellyMWhitehead take a look at easy fixes. Punt on this if no easy solution presents itself.

Seems to be struggling to load on this:

QRAVEPlugin/src/classes/basemaps.py

Line 55 in 9d1c19b

lyr_format = root_el.find('Style/LegendURL/Format').text

Going to hold off on this for now...
