Saved window position not always applied correctly

The same thing is currently happening to me

Here is my monitor layout:

I have tried to save the config with kps at the top left of the right monitor, and at the center of the right monitor, but the window still loads at the top of the left monitor, where it is unreachable

Version 8.9, Kubuntu 24.10, KDE Plasma 6.1.5

Thanks for the extra info! I can't say for sure, but the only difference between those two situations is that placing the window in the center happens when the window is made visible, while the saved position is applied before the window becomes visible. It seems that some linux window managers might ignore positioning calls when a window isn't visible yet, so I'll change that for the next release to see if it helps. Opened a new issue for this #113 (since it's slightly different from this bug which was about the centering).
